In response to the rapid growth of our business, we are looking for new
recruits to fill the position of Management Associate for both our
Corporate Banking and Consumer Banking businesses.

General Requirements:
?    Masters degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration,
Engineering or Computer Science from a highly rated university;
?    Maximum 2 years working experience in a well-known company;
?    Strong analytical skills, well planned and organized;
?    Proven leadership and management skills;
?    Good communication skills with high proficiency in spoken and written
English;
?    Excellent interpersonal skills and self motivation;
?    An ambition to build a career with rapid promotion opportunities;
?    Cross-functional interests and ready to work in different
locations/cities (particularly for Consumer Banking)

What you can expect:
Successful applicants will undergo intensive development through a
specially designed Management Associate program.  This program
sees participants undertake a range of challenging roles across various
banking functions, while attending demanding but highly rewarding
classroom or on-the-job trainings. This experience allows participants
